Survival of the fittest if not going into water.
Otherwise I would let everyone else go first, then tie a few floaters together and make a raft .

would you willingly die so that a random woman or child could live? What if there were no social consequences afterwards if you decided to save yourself?
Wow.
You really don't get it.
Yikes.

I'm for saving the children and the children's mothers. As a father, the thought of my kids being without a parent is hard. Hell, let the dad's with kids on too. Sorry single people. Find a cabin and another single person and go out with a bang.

I get the children but why necessarily the women
Same here. I’d do what I could to save children. But adult women, who are strangers to me, have arms just like I do.
Swim if you can. Sink if you can’t.
Hell, I’d save any old person (male or female) before I’d even think about saving Misty or Brenda.

Having read the whole thread, the moral of the story appears to be stay off of cruise ships.

I am getting off the ship with my wife & kids and couldn't give a damn about some other women who probably are mostly worthless bitches & hoes anyway!

A child, yes.
But there is no fricking reality where I'm giving up my seat on a lifeboat for a woman. Period. End of story.
There's a big heap of equality for you. Suck on that shite bitches.

I could give my life for a pretty lady. If she’s fat, I’m getting on that life boat. Real talk.
Congratulations. You just won posted the day.

I would imagine a sizable portion went to their graves wishing they could have gotten away with sneaking onto a boat in front of someone else.
And I'll bet a fair number of them did indeed get away with it.
