Women and calling males "creepy" guys

Anyone ever been around a woman who calls men "creepy" pretty liberally to describe her opposite sex interactions?
Its as if they go into every public setting assuming every single male in a room immediately wants to sleep with them.
I wonder though, how true is it really? How many of these "creepy guy" instances is all in their heads and not just a coincidence or completely harmless interaction they work up to be a case of "uncontrolled desires"?
I feel like this is a symptom of the new feminism where all men are assumed to be angry, hostile, rapists who just want to ravage all women in sight without regard.

I hear young women say this all day long. I have no doubt the attractive ones have run into some overzealous baws, but they act like 9/10 men they come into contact with are "creepy."
I've learned they only consider it creepy if they aren't attracted to you.

If a good looking guy compliments a girl, she smiles or says thanks and finds it flattering.
If a not-so-attractive dude compliments a girl, she'll blow him off and tell her friends that the creepy guy over there won't leave her alone.

Exactly. I just kind of have to nod my head and say, "ha, yeah, what a big creep!!", even though it may be just a dude who walked by her and was just simply walking to a burger place and had nothing in his mind by a hunger for a good burger...to use as an example.

Guys are spending half their time spanking their monkeys, watching porn. They look at females like pieces of meat, like they're in pornoland. Women pick up on this and definitely find it creepy.
