Unless she's one of these "lusted in his heart" type of wackos (and I'd bet dollar to donuts she is btw) the fact that he can occasionally see other women dressed with less clothes than his wife likes does not, in any way, constitute cheating or a threat to her marriage.
What she seems to be guarding against is her own insecurities. She'd be better served putting her husbands eyes out and calling it a day.

I guarantee you she was a lil party animal in her pre marriage years, and bc of that she knows how girls are now and she's worried.
