I get triple espressos over ice and drink them black. It's close to perfection, so no complaints here.

Not really. When you make coffee, you don't use 100% coffee beans and nothing else. You use coffee beans (usually TBSP or two) and **SPOILER ALERT** water.

EIther way, if it is described as an "iced" coffee, what does she expect to have in it? Tampons?

Interestingly enough, I was at Starbucks on Friday, saw this, and thought the same thing. Pretty crazy because she paid almost twice what I did for a hot coffee of the same size. They're mistake it that they poured the liquid in prior to the ice. Not only did it hardly fill up half of her cup, the pre measured ice scoop for the iced coffee didn't fill the drink to the top. The barista then just put more ice in the drink. I have ordered iced coffee at dunkin before for half the cost and way more coffee. Funny that someone wants to sue over it though

Pincus expresses her intent to represent everyone who ever purchased a cold drink from the coffee chain over the last 10 years.

And I'm sure she will share the money if the world goes full retard and she somehow wins.

Wait what? Starbucks doesn't use cold brew for their iced coffee? Why not?

Oh, maybe this leads to 1 "free" refill in the future. It's actually beneficial to Starbucks (maybe?).

Ppl will sit around the shop finishing their 1st cup and buy a muffin or whatever to pass the time. ¯\_(?)_/¯

you can make a simple request about not as much ice.

Not true. My SO asked for not as much ice in her iced coffee and they did not fill it near the top. She complained to the manager, and he said that you don't get more coffee just because you want less ice.
