My previous reply was in jest anyway, she's either a complete dumbass for being lost that long or really bad at hiding that she was trying to get out of a dui.

This bitch is a fraud. One does not remove banana wedge slip on so they won't twist an ankle and in the same breath wander off into the abyss. Her scary arse was just out of eye sight the whlole time standing as much discomfort as she could endure before she made herself available.
