Her, no. Still 126 and in shape. Me, plus 20 pounds, but that came long after the slowdown and kids. I'm actually doing well with twice per month compared to her friend's husbands and their once every two months or so activity or my friends' once every 6 months, one of whom is a professional trainer and in great shape.
Just read up on the subject. A decrease in frequency is par for the course.
