If the witness' story is a lie, I hope she could be prosecuted for it but its unlikely because as far as I know, its not against the law to lie to the media. Now if she made that same statement to police, then it would be different

Yeah the irony of a thread calling out lies is that comments calling into question what is factual and what is an assumption are getting downvotes.

im not replying to you bc mods asked me not to, but at this point you've been wrong all day, you're going to look really bad once they finally say mcknight attacked gesser.
At this point we know
1)mcknight car was not in a lane implying he pulled up illegally aside gesser and got out
2)shell casings in gessers car suggest he shot from the inside bc he feared something
3) nobody stood over joe mcknight and shot saying "dont frick with me"
4) cops arent even holding gesser on a murder charge or even manslaughter
at what point do you stop, all your posts are getting multiple downvotes bc this doesnt need a jury and 2 year trial to see that mcknight was the aggressor and simply driving away would have ended this

Another "witness" called WWL radio this morning around 6:30 saying he was pumping gas at the shell station and saw the whole thing unfold. Said both got out of their vehicle at the same time and he shot him in the arm first and then the chest. Sounded legit at the time, I shouldn't be surprised but good lord our society is a clusterfrick of epic proportions.

I knew the story was fake when they said the guy who shot McKnight stayed at the scene waiting for police.

Here's the thing they know the liberal isn't going to make an issue out of them lying. Because of that it's worth it for them to lie in hopes it would make the shooter be found guilty in court but more importantly to them the public opinion. I doubt they'll get charged for lying to the media but if they lied to police I hope they can be charged with something.
