The guy from water company had this big spiel about how with ground frozen, and a sudden warming(35, warm as hell, lol) that the ground going from frozen to thawing will cause even more damage Some shite about those tinkering and staying together because of frozen ground, will now burst.
almost 300 breaks in past 2 days, and they have only fixed 75 of them.

My furnace condensation line froze up Tuesday all the way to the pan. I am to cheap and to lazy to pay to have heat tape out on it or get up there and do it myself. Thankfully the fireplace can keep the house around 68 when we close off the rooms we don’t use regularly.
