With so many things declining in popularity, what is actually growing?

Over the past 4-5 years there has been a steep decline in the popularity of many things that have been very popular for generations.
Television viewership #s continue to plummet.
Movie attendance was at it's lowest point in over 20 years last year.
Obviously things like magazines and newspapers are dying right and left.
Live sports viewership and attendance has been dropping for most sports, sometimes sharply.
Even things like toy sales are way down.
You name it, it seems like Millennials and the next generation (Gen-Z) have way less overall interest in it than prior generations.
It's clear that technology has been the main driver of all this disruption. People have more entertainment and hobby options than ever before. In the old days your options were largely limited and entrenched, now that this is no longer the case, it's no surprise that there's a major shake up going on.
But that leads me to this question, with all these once hugely popular things losing popularity, surely there should be other things that are exploding in popularity right? What are they? What are the things people are interested now instead of these things?

Mud runs/5ks, board/card game nights, cycling, music venues, off-roading have all gained popularity in the past few years

Beer is growing. Look at all the craft breweries popping up. Just about every town has a “drink local” option on tap.

A lot of people seem to enjoy looking for things to be offended about.

transgenderism really seems to be on the up and up. Also, historical rape/sexual harassment claims seem to be a good time (just make sure it isnt recent....needs a decade to fester for the juice to be worth the squeeze).

Board games have been around for ages. When were they not popular?
