Get a food truck and go ride around in smaller parishes during the weekend when the tax man is off and it wouldn't make the news if something happens. If a food truck stopped by my house on a Saturday and they had a good hamburger, burrito or something, you bet your arse I am hitting it up.

Sounds to me like a pretty good idea. I’m sure getting a liquor license for something like that would be a nightmare, though.

What happened to the days when there were certain things that were technically illegal, but you didn't get in trouble for doing them?
Like having card games in the back of the grocery store.
Someone making homemade wine and selling it.. And everyone knew about it because even the sheriff went there to get it (my aunt used to do this, but today you have to keep it real hush hush because god forbid someone does something that generates a little extra cash without having to pay someone off or the government wanting to get any little piece of it they can).
Or go to a local establishment to get your weekly football cards during the week so you can put a few bucks down to parlay 3 or 4 games..

There arent many people sitting out there right now just ready to throw together tens of thousands of dollars in equipment for a food truck business model that might not even be relevant the next time Nancy Pelosi gets sober.
And most state licensing places are running a skeleton crew if any at all.
Couldnt start one up in months even if you could lay the cash down now.
Also I got another email today from the state department my passport is in process. With no other update. Again. Sent my renewal on February 18th

Totally agree. As a whole we'll fight back on shite like a mask but never question stupid laws that are truly invasive in terms of life, liberty and that myth of the pursuit of happiness.

Exact same setup at my neighborhood. Margaritas were small and overpriced but I still bought 4.
