2 Murders were connected to the Houma area in 1982 and 1996 too.
Tonight, HTV showed some video of a witness to the 1996 case back when they did The Beat in 1996, (for you nonBayou area people, think Cops or now LivePD.)
The guy describes how he found a black man sleeping in an old Buick the morning before finding the woman and described how he startled him and took off, real eerie stuff coming back almost 22 years later and finding out that a man fitting that description is now pointed to the crime.
I will post a link once it goes online. Sometimes it is a while before it hits the web with them unless you go to their Livestream and rewind.

Lots of blacks act like it's a majority white male thing when whites bring up how shootings, like the one Bham, is a black thing.
Obviously from the other posters #s...being a serial killer isn't a black/white thing.
