have you watched To Catch a Predator ? Those guys were showing up with beer and condoms..You're ok with letting them off with a warning because "nothing actually happened"

I hate these things, because it is punishing evil thoughts and intentions without an illegal act, if the girl is actually over the age of consent.
Do you think if the girl was real he would have stopped? And I don’t think 15 is the age of consent in any state.
I mean, if you want younger chicks...at least go somewhere it’s legal. You might have a defense there.

still entrapment by any common sense. the person he was talking to wasn't a teen.
Nope.
An officer can entice one otherwise disposed to commit a crime to commit the crime. That is different from entrapment, defined as an officer overcoming the will of an otherwise unwilling person to commit a crime.
If the officer says "hey, I'm a 15-year-old girl" and he doesn't say "Oh, bye, since I legally can't have sex with you" then this is not entrapment.

he is calling out another poster, which is against board rules and could easily lead to a three year suspension of posting rights
Dude posted a pic of a 15 yo emo girl as his type in a thread about pedophiles. Tough shite for him.

If he's in bed with a woman pretending to be a 12 year old, is that a problem?
If police are going to entrap people, they need to be willing to use actual teenagers as bait.
I need the Trump, WRONG gif for this response.

Do Vice cops use real hookers to entrap toms? or real junkies to entrap drug dealers?

But yeah let’s start letting guys use the girl’s restrooms. Brilliant idea.
