seeing small flurries nothing major can only see it against the light along with major sleeting north of zach.

As posted earlier in the discussion, there is a large warm layer on the LIX sounding. The LCH sounding looks good, so BR is probably some place in between and the sleet reports do point to the warm layer still being present.
