Seems localized. I.e. Gonzales could get 3inches and BR just gets sleet

College station has dropped to 32. At 4:53 it was 41 with a dewpoint of 28. Now at 6:53 is 32 with a dewpoint of 32. I assume that's bc of wet-bulbing?

Hard to tell. This can fall apart, or be worse than we think. All we can do now is just track the snow on radar.
