LSU really is asking for a lawsuit

It'll come extremely soon zero doubt

Not sure how LSU will have classes tomorrow when it snows and is icy for over 4 hours today and temps hold in 20's through tomorrow

You can't drive on that

So now that it looks like it will definitely snow in BR, how many inches are we expecting?

I'd be very surprised if it's more than an inch. The big problem is icy precip and it dipping below freezing heading into the overnight. This freezing rain, sleet, snow shite is terrible for the roads.

just aim straight and glide across the bridge

In 2008 when crossing the Lobdell overpass, I used this exact strategy. I came very dangerously close to skidding into the guard rail.

How dangerous will it to be to drive tomorrow morning just on normal streets going like 30 mph? Should just be more concerned with other idiot drivers?

If LSU does announce its open tomorrow, I really doubt many people will show up. Too dangerous.

They can't take it out on students and faculty either

If it all sticks? We're almost at 32 already. I wouldn't even attempt it.

Depends on how things play out today. Right now, it looks like a tough drive. There will probably be black ice/ice patches. Bridges will almost certainly be frozen. If you got AWD, are a good driver, and don't have a bridge to cross you might be ok.

Hopefully enough shite will be closed tomorrow to keep the vast majority of idiots off the road.

Kind of aggravated St. Tammany is staying open all day. I have an alert on my phokne that wintry mix will begin at 2:00, an hour and a half before my kids get home.
