Got it done earlier. The cash quote was $230+ tax installed
The paperwork I signed says they charged $397.86 for the repair. So They give me $100 so they make $297.86 so it gets them $57 more, which probably pays for the receptionist for the day. Not bad for a small shop.

I pay express glass out of Houma $150 cash. They come to my office and change it out and don't file anything to my ins, $150 is the price. I've had my windshield changed twice and I drove my nephews Tacoma to work and they came to my office and changed it as well.

ask your agent if there'a zero glass deductible option on your policy. wait 2-3 months, free windshield.

I can add it but it's $13 a month more.
I figured better to play the game and gamble I won't need it. I'm paying a lot for insurance as I have high limits on my vehicles.

Got two windshields replaced by Windshileds R Us out of Metairie. A lil shaky setting it up etc but they did a good job and seems to be legit product. Once the guy arrived at my office to start the work I had to pay them over the phone with a card which was a little weird but nonetheless they did a good job. It was only about $125 total each car.

$150 for a Tacoma? Factory glass with the third shade and the tint strip?
The cheapest I found the glass was $138 not including shipping.
This went smooth enough. Though i found out for $10 more they would have came to me.

He has an older Tacoma, I think an 01 or 02. But yes $150, we do give a lot of business to them so they cut the employees here a deal.
