Window cleaner shits his pants

Apparently a dangling cable hit a powerline. This was in America so the guy was tied off and survived. Why the hell someone was filming a window cleaner at the exact time this happened is unknown.

Somewhat on topic. I saw Mike Rowe's window washing episode on Dirty Jobs this weekend. 50 story tower in Hawaii, and the single swings instead of the moving platform.

The lift or whatever it is the guy is working on is crooked as hell, I'm guessing there was some kind of issue with the lift and that's why they are filming it. The issue with the lift is what then hit the power line?

maybe so. although seems like I see those lifts crooked fairly often. Might have something to do with their method of cleaning.
