A few years ago when I would take my son around our neighborhood for Halloween our first two stops would be to our neighbor who was a banker's house because he would hand out dollar coins, then up the street to a lady's house who would hand out full sized Hershey bars.

We buy the minis. 3-4 pieces or so per kid. We are at 500 pieces of candy if we have an average crowd.

In the 90s they’d give us an umbrella and tell us to watch out for lightning.

Man, I sure hope not, because I spent $125 on candy at Costco last weekend

It's going to be in the 40's for us, the trick or treaters will still be out in force and I went to Albertsons today with a $100 bill worth of candy, because the wife insists

What did that get you at Albertsons, a small bag of miniature sized candies?

Pro tip, Sam Club has boxes of full sized M&M and Hersey 30 count variety packs for 22 dollars each box.

Be the hero in your neighborhood and give out full sized candy instead of miniatures, and frick the HOA if they require small sized candies.

I don't get why people get mad at the weather man. They just give the forecasts generated by computer models. Just look at the weather to the west...whatever they get we will get in a few days
