Has anyone seen the video of O'Neal outside the courthouse talking to a attorney?

Fun Bunch, I feel like earlier you tried to say once self defense was the plea, that the burden shifted to the defense

tLSU disagrees. From a few posts up.

Once a defendant raises that defense, the burden of proof is on the state to show that the killing was not justified.

But I am right now

May have been wrong a million other times, but this time I am right and I am letting my cock swing baws

We have established the law.

But I am specifically remember yesterday, fun bunch saying the burden of proof was on hayes and reasonable doubt was no longer in his favor

That's cool, because that isn't what I said at all. In fact I posted the relevant law before he even posted. I agree with tLSU.

My point was that I think the prosecution is doing their job and the Defense will need to pull that back and show that the fear WAS reasonable and that he acted reasonably.

That may be what he said but a different poster who is also a lawyer that is sitting in the courtroom disagrees with fun bunch.

I don't think I ever said that. If I did my point was that once the prosecution establishes their case and pistol whips the self defense argument, Hayes/Fuller will need to pull that back and demonstrate that his fear was reasonable.

Maybe I worded it poorly.

I admit to not knowing law but my general feeling this far is no way they can have a M2 conviction based on this evidence

Wow you're so amazing.

Why would I post that and then post the relevant law today.

You know what I meant, and I've tried to explain what I meant. Now you're just being a douche bag.

You didn't care about the law when you were wrong about it, but you won't admit it. Yet you'll sit here and act like an arse to me for doing exactly what you did.

It's hilarious that you think i'm the only insufferable one out of the two of us. You're a hypocrite.

Look, I give you kudos because you posted the correct law today. But yesterday, you inferred differently

If Mr. Hayes was inclined to cap RS knees (plural) he was good enough to do the same with WS. If Self defense training was responsible for 7-8 bullets into WS because he was trained to do it that way, why did he only fire 2 wounding shots into RS? I think Mr. Hayes was in fact an excellent shot, cause his choice of a weapon certainly wasn't for an amateur.
I think ballistics will show wound placement on WS as tight and concentric except for the side shot where he was facing his wife. This wound placement will also help determine Mr. Hayes' position in the shooting.
