Not sure how that proves beyond a reasonable doubt Hayes did not fear for his life.

Not the standard

You keep saying this. Can you clarify? What I know is this...

Louisiana Revised Statutes Ch. 14 Sec 20
§20. Justifiable homicide

A. A homicide is justifiable:

(1) When committed in self-defense by one who reasonably believes that he is in imminent danger of losing his life or receiving great bodily harm and that the killing is necessary to save himself from that danger.

(2) When committed for the purpose of preventing a violent or forcible felony involving danger to life or of great bodily harm by one who reasonably believes that such an offense is about to be committed and that such action is necessary for its prevention.

...and just in case....

D. No finder of fact shall be permitted to consider the possibility of retreat as a factor in determining whether or not the person who used deadly force had a reasonable belief that deadly force was reasonable and apparently necessary to prevent a violent or forcible felony involving life or great bodily harm or to prevent the unlawful entry.

Please link me to where I said she was my best friend.

I said I went to school with her from grades 1 - 12.

Reading comprehension should be your friend, but it isn't.

First off, "you and her" is piss poor grammar. It should be "you and she."

Secondly, you gave me a big hahaha!!!!! Now you're really making up stories.

Link me to wherever I said that.

You can't because it didn't happen.

Once again, you're showing your arse and hijacking your own thread.

I think you're wrong on that. I said that our boyfriends at the time were best friends and we hung out a lot.

I "insuated" nothing. FYI, the correct word is insinuated.

I factually stated that I went to school with Camille from 1st through 12th grade.

Fuller calls defendants a lot. In the past few trials he has called multiple bills to the stand. Hayes is a no bill on a shaky self defense.

Chad is Haynes guilty of murdering Smith or not?

I think there will be a verdict by Friday afternoon.

Good thing I don't get paid to spell words correctly. I bet you'd make a hell of a secretary. Would you like a job?

I've yet to feel differently. Some corn rowed small white boy being held back hopping like a bunny in a high school spat as a sidebar doesn't change anything yet

Chances are zero point zero and you should know it. But I know you will say it insinuates he's guilty because he exercises his constitutional rights. That's what you guys do.
