One white male juror shook his head side to side with his eyes closed. I have no idea what, if anything, that means. Just an observation.

This just in, 1 of the female jurors, removes her top, freeing her large breasts, the judge is very happy

If the jury wants more instructions, they aren't getting murder. Maybe manslaughter.

He admitted to shooting Smith
Smith was shot in the back

Is it possible that someone else besides Hayes shot Smith in the back?

Seems like it would just be easier for the judge to go to the room where the jury is.

Hmmmmm, asking about burden of proof. That has to bode well for the defense

Asking about burden of proof, reasonable doubt, self defense, second degree murder... Sounds like there's a lot of confusion. Wonder if they call it a night soon.

Asking about responsive verdicts also. Seems like some don't agree with murder 2 so maybe they are moving down to manslaughter?

One juror asks about responsive verdicts on murder count: Manslaughter and negligent homicide. Judge Buras reads them.

Since the answer is "burden of proof is on the state", how could that be a bad question for the defense?
