I think Hayes did fear for his life though However, I don't believe he had reasonable reasons to fear for his life Nothing about how the situation went down paints the picture of Hayes killing Smith out of anger or rage

However, I think with what I just said my vote as a juror would be manslaughter. I really wish we had a witness that was neutral that was closer to Smith/Hayes during the shooting

wow, so you refuse to follow the law.

Nothing about what you said allows manslaughter.

lmao

I wonder if he's going to mention anything about his client that slammed into the back of Smiths Benz so hard it blew out his back window then proceeded to approach the disabled vehicle with a gun and went on to shoot the driver 8 times in the back because he was scared of some little white boy that was running around talking shite?

There's a difference in being dramatic enough to get attention and get your point across and being over the top and almost annoying

He has been like that since somewhere around page 70. He randomly decides which piece of the law he wants to follow, and it's always to the benefit of Hayes.

ETA: I cannot believe is still talking. He can't possibly think he's helping, can he?

You are right. Me saying I would vote manslaughter instead of not guilty, is in complete defense of Hayes.

Everything I posted are facts. I'm not embellishing anything to be dramatic.

Annoying yes maybe but IDGAF if I'm annoying. You can't deny the facts and skip over my post if you don't like it.

Before this case I knew nothing about Fuller, now that I know some about him, I don't think very highly of him.

Doesn't the ballistic evidence contradict this statement?

Fuller's strategy must be to wear the jury out by going on and on in hopes that they get to the jury room and just say frick it NOT Guilty because they are so freaking tired of being there.

Which is dumb, because I would think they would find him guilty just to spite Fullers antics.

What a buffoon. At least he put the jury to sleep before dropping this bomb.
