No shite. I thought that seating was limited in there? Apparently the Saints can have as many people as they want in there.
I'm kind of surprised Fuller has not objected to the parade of celebrities that feel the need to sit in this court room. Seems like the jury could be prejudicial toward the defendant by having all of these celebrities in there supporting the Smith's and the Prosecution.

Just odd that one of the first thing NOPD does is secure surveillance footage of a reserve captain not being at the scene of the shooting when the shooting happened.

Well; that would be great if that wasn't the first place that NOPD went looking for evidence. I am not saying that Ceravolo did something inappropriate but it leads someone to believe that he did when the NOPD was more focused what he was doing than the Hayes, the shooter.
