Anyone with a new model mercedes knows in between there is a black hole. Whatever goes in, stays in.

I just tried to wedge a small case in between seat and center of 3 mercedes. 0 for 3. Not even close.

I guess it is possible, but most 9mm are about 1" wide. add a case on to that could easily double the size. I know the cases that came with my 9mm are closer to 3 inches wide.

just seems like an unusual place to stuff a gun in a case that you were concealed carrying.

Center console itself or glove box seem like the two logical spots. If it was somehow on the floor, "near the bottom of seat and center console" it would certainly slide around while driving and braking.

Yes. I know some people keep guns under seats. It wasn't verified by anyone as "under seat."

Raquel said Will had to bring the gun back to the car when he realized he couldn't bring it in to FQ Fest.

Questions:

1. Did will carry the gun in the plastic case when he was walking the street? I think not.
2. When he went back to the car, am I to believe that he took the time to put it BACK in the case, but not take the time to put it in the glove compartment?

I just don't see any way that he had it in a case AND had it in between the seat and the console. It was either in the case in the glove compartment or in between the seat and console without a case, assuming there was even a case at all.

Do we know what witnesses are expected to take the stand tomorrow?

Not sure, but knowing Napoli, a recorded jail cell phone call will be introduced. Fuller already made a mention of it earlier today.

Weigh in-

I'm a big saints fan (naturally inclined to support a saints player, even if slightly) and I do not own a gun nor have I fired one.

I also have 0 connection to Hayes. Yet, I strangely feel like the Smith camp is the one Roger Clemensing, contradicting themselves and opening up more pathways that lean toward manslaughter at worst. If that.

so far each unbiased witness has said yes Will was aggressive after the wreck...

but Will did nothing to deserve getting capped that night

(my note... if anyone "deserved" to get shot that night... it was Hernandez)

He certainly was acting the fool and it wasn't even his car that got rear-ended.

I can't even begin to imagine how he would act in that situation.

Not sure how you got 3 downvotes

Smith was has a CCP. Smith obviously had intent to carry to FQF before realizing he couldn't. He was supposedly well trained in firearms, therefore I don't imagine 1. he had the safety on the gun if he was carrying and then putting the gun back in the truck, and 2. he had it locked up in some case. Both would prevent him from having the gun ready to go if need be and goes against the total idea of concealed carry

I am not a gun owner so this might be a dumb question. If it was in Racquel's purse or backpack couldn't it be in its case?

If not, wouldn't you have the gun locked so it couldn't accidentally discharge if it were being transported in this manner?

Also, when Will left the gun in his car at a parking lot for FQF, I seriously doubt whether he left it wedged between the seat and the console. Anyone could see it and break in and steal it.

Maybe he stored it in the glove box and took it out when he left Sake Cafe or elsewhere.

Or maybe he or Shirtless opened the glove compartment and moved the gun to where it would be more accessible before they exited the car on Sophie Wright Place.

There are too many possibilities and it's too easy to speculate.

I don't know but I think you're the first, if not one of the first, to mention that.

It was very obvious in the picture posted from the Hernandez wedding.
