Will collectible / interesting vehicles with manuals become more affordable with time?

Many younger drivers don’t know how to operate them and older enthusiasts are often too fat and lazy to shift gears.

Wishful thinking?

Wishful thinking indeed.

They will become rarer and therefore more valuable.

I sure hope so. Got dozens of them in storage next to my beanie babies.

I'm starting a collection of Funko pops too!

Interesting point, but anybody can be taught to drive stick.

This is wishful thinking.

While the majority of America may not know how to drive a manual, all gear heads do.

The people buying these high end collectible cars are rich gear heads who know how to drive a stick.

Prices aren't coming down for these types of cars.

Absolutely not, seems more and more people, especially dealing with exotics, are starting to realize it doesn't matter that your auto trans shifts gears in 3 milliseconds, none of that translates to real world driving experience and the fun of shifting your own gears.

Look at how the prices of the manual trans Lamborghinis have gone way up over the last few years. Manual trans sports cars will always be more in demand than autos.

Probably because I imagine all those manuals will become digital pdf files
