Yeah, I'd think those would be almost all LSU students.

Fair point. For a twenty year old LSU student then?

That area is fine and I'd definitely live there at 20.

Feel like those BR college metroplex apartments are all about the same

Either way you can’t protect them from being blacked out in front of a bogies toilet

Nice and new filled with Greeks for the first couple of years then a quick decline and change of ownership and an influx of less than desirable tenants and crime.

See every other student luxury complex over the last 10 years

It does seem like they've massively over built apartments south of campus. I hardly recognize that area anymore.

We didn't have tops when I was in school so a lot of us were slumming it in college.

They’re fine. Had a really big problem with car break ins on the backside of the complex but it seems to have been fixed.

Honestly, you’re not going to get too much of a difference between the exchange, wildwood and Arlington. Those three are all pretty similar, only difference is the price. Woodlands, now Red Point, is older than the other three and the cottages are also older and seem to be frequently visited with crime, not just car break ins either.

The Cottages has definitely gone downhill. That used to be the hot place but all these new places keep popping up around it
