Meh, they can move him 150 miles away and still be in Louisiana and he would never be back.

ETA:

They keep track of the populations and I'm sure they know where some members of the opposite gender might be. They usually want to encourage procreation.

They've got an uncanny ability to show back up no matter how far you move them. This one will probably end up getting put down.

I grew up right around there. There's some wooded areas behind Carmel Acres and up Blackwater. We saw deer, bobcats, coyotes, foxes and tons of snakes back in those woods but never a bear.
