Going to excellence playa mujeres / Isla Mujeres in July. I can't find any recent articles about the virus in the Cancun area.
We have a little concern since we just did IUI. Should we cancel trip or just bring some repellent
We purposefully avoided Mexico because if zika.

You should worry if it's yours or mine.

If you just did the IUI don't go. Odds are that nothing will happen but if something did happen your wife will probably never be able to forgive herself and then turn the blame on you somehow. This factor is multiplied by the more unsuccessful IUI's you have.
We did IVF last year and my wife pretty much lived in a bubble her entire pregnancy.
I would be more worried about having multiples from the IUI than catching the Zika in Mexico.
Good luck!

Don't listen to the idiots, it's not worth the risk.
Cancel/reschedule the trip.
The wife is 9 months preggo now but I had to cancel a fishing trip to Belize and a miss out on a free trip to Cuba because of the Zika scare.
The chances of the baby contracting the virus are small but it would be devastating if the baby did.
Wife and I agreed that we would never forgive ourselves if our baby contracted Zika.
You can always put the trip off a year or two.
