Why was Princess Diana so revered at the time of her death?

Yesterday would have been her 54th birthday and I began thinking. She was a lousy woman who banged Muslim guys and was knocked up twice by someone who wasn't her husband. That isn't exactly the best role model considering how conservative the Western world still was in the 90s.

Only Americans and Sir Elton John revered her.

Believe it or not, most Britons like Camilla better.

She was no saint, but as British aristos go, she was more virtuous than most. Her boys have turned out better than almost anyone expected, so she deserves some credit for that.

My very good friend met and shuck hands with Charles and Camilla and his only wish was that he was able to meet Diana. Think about getting to shake hands with Pronce Charles and your only wish was to shake/meet dianna

Been here 10 years

They have had people on this site get other people fired from their jobs. How shitty does one have to be to do something like that

Posters marriages has ended because other posters slept with their wives

Kids have been put into Foster care because posters have emailed social services on other posters

Harry is James Hewitt's son and Diana was pregnant by Dodi Fayed at the time of her death.

Someone who was rich and famous enough to not have to do a goddamn thing but spent a lot of her time working on charity on every issue from AIDS to landmine clearance, poverty, providing care for those with traumatic brain injury (which means she would've been willing to help you, dumbass).

Yep, terrible role model.

She's a Puritan compared to today's role models.
