Why Louisiana Is Poor... Jefferson Parish Edition

So the good people of Jefferson Parish are paying for the attorneys in both sides of this fight.
1) The Inspector General (paid by the parish) will represent himself, or the parish attorney (paid by the parish) will represent him.
2) The councilman (paid by the parish) will be represented by an outside attorney (paid by the parish).
No wonder local governments are broke!
So the good people of Jefferson Parish are paying for the attorneys in both sides of this fight.
