25% of Taylor’s revenue comes from repairs. That’s huge.
Imagine if Ford or GM had the same percentage of revenue from repairs.
How would you feel if OTIS, the largest elevator company had the same percentage of their revenue from repairs?
McDonalds franchisees have options for fryers and flattops yet are pigeon holed into this particular model from Taylor???
Gotta say though... $1260/per hour for the repair guy.
That’s baller.

The reason is mostly lazy.
Ironic. Had you put the smallest amount of effort into either watching or reading, you would have known this was wrong in about 30 seconds.

When they tell me the shake machine is broke, I like asking “what time do y’all start cleaning it so I know next time to come before that time?”
It’s funny watching them scramble to make up some bullshite reason why it’s out of order right now. Lol

What? The beginning of the video, tells you everything I've said in the previous post. It's not broken, theyre just lazy. I know from experience bc I worked there in High school. And I can tell you that the night crew and I never cleaned the machine the 11months I've worked there.
The video then start explaining how and why they break. Why is the guy doing that when it's not broken? If you had the smallest amount effort of watching or reading then you'll understand he went through the manual for no reason. You can research all you want about the manual and the company that makes the machine. Doesnt mean anything if they tell you "the machine is broken", when it is not.
