Chicken Tika masala is to Britain what texmex is to Texas. Both are bastardizations of the origininal food but distinctly associated with their new countries. I don't know where I'm going with this but now I'm hungry.

The best curry is in England. Always better than what I can get in the States or other countries.

Unfortunately, I'm not very knowledgeable with the BR restaurant scene anymore. There are some pretty good southern Mississippi places I'm familiar with, though.
