Rule of thumb:

The “healthier” food is along the interior perimeter of the grocery store. The processed crap is in the inside of the perimeter.

Stick to the food in the perimeter shelves fatties and your body will thank you.

Some studies have shown that people more or less follow our federal dietary guidelines. That's just how shitty they are.

We eat shitty oil and lots and lots and lots of carbs.

Do the italians also eat pre package foods of breads/pasta/whole grains like the fat arse american? Are you trying to argue that sugars/carbs doesn't play a major role in obesity? Come'on returd.

Small intestine reduction should be standard among people who display signs of being over weight.

Step 1 : remove half of the small intestine, take in only half the calories
