At one time she did, like so many other people she thought that was what healthy and strong looked like. She got into the wrong fitness routine for her goals, tried some extreme diets that didn't work, made her unhealthy and sparked other health problems then went with a more simplified approach.
Now, she educates others on the methods and how to look at health, nutrition, etc
Just because the only way she could accomplish a 6 pack is through unhealthy routines and fad diets doesn't mean she still doesn't want one. She did it the wrong way, now is championing her stance on not wanting one. It's a typical defense mechanism. There's ways to have a flat stomach without going on fad diets and being unhealthy.
I guarantee you if she could live her current lifestyle and still have a 6 pack she'd take that in a heartbeat.
I'm not at all saying girls should have 6 packs, but I don't buy her charade. It's like fat girls who can't get skinny saying how they love their body so much how it is.

I think women with 6 packs still get their periods. It's all about your health/weight.
If you read the article in the link she just says that SHE stopped having them. Not that every woman who gets them automatically stops having a period. She isn't bashing anyone that has a 6 pack....she was just saying it wasn't a healthy pursuit for her.
Course you know fat women are gonna take her article and think it means it's ok to stop trying. That's not what her article is about. It's about having realistic goals for your body type....and looking at the bigger picture(being healthy) vs trying to get something that may physically be very difficult for your body type.

There is a big difference in a flat stomach and a 6 pack though

I like fit healthy female but like my woman to actually be soft like a woman.
I'm not attracted to a woman with rock hard abs.

Well there's also different levels of 6 packs. Most people are ok with a flat stomach, but if you have any kind of midsection strength, with a flat stomach comes at least a shade of 6 packedness.
This girl doesn't have a flat stomach though. She's got a little gut. Nothing wrong with that though.

It's not that I don't want six pack abs. I just like pizza more than I want a six pack.
