That is interesting to me. We have large European offices, and while the continentals dress nicely (similar to the article - elegant, detailed, form-fitting), they don't have as many items of clothing as the Americans and Brits do. I should note that professional attire is very important in my industry as well.
The Americans are the best-dressed in my company. Then probably the Italians.
