Why doesn't Malora Hardin ever get brought up when discussing fine older actresses??

I mean come on... She's 54 and hawt.
I'm watching the series Movie that Made Us on Netflix. She was actually cast as Marty's girlfriend in Back to the Future when Eric Stoltz was cast as Marty. When they replaced Eric with MJF while already doing principle photography, they realized she was 3 inches taller than MJF and had to recast her. Very interesting episode and impressive the amount of hurdles and changes Back to the Future went through to get made.
Good series. Gonna watch all 4.

I recognize her as an actress. I can't place her in any particular role I recall and I can honestly say I've never heard her name.

I didn't know her name either til just a minute ago..
I edited my OP to show why I'm bringing her up. I always thought she was fine on The Office. Had no idea she was originally cast as Marty's girlfriend. I bet her career would've been quite different if she could've stayed on Back to the Future.

It’s pretty good for sure.
I like how they name who the a-hole in production was that fought them tooth and nail and often tried to shut production down, which seems to apply to every one I’ve seen so far, the worst case being Forest Gump. Also the measures the directors and staff would take to circumvent the assholes.
