Not surprising but Catholic Church leads the charge on hiring pedos. Disney is definitely up there at number 2 tho.

I did a quick search and found an article from 2014.
There was a sting to catch pedos at theme parks in Florida. Dozens were arrested, most from Disney (because I assume they employ more people), but Universal and Sea World had some as well.
Im sure if I dig deeper I could find more to support that "its just not disney".

Yeah, any type of job that gives people access to children will likely have pedos that slip through the cracks and the more people employed the more pedos that are likely to slip through the cracks.

Maybe some. I took my youngest the last 2 days with a Florida resident pass we had a few days on. Honestly most of the workers were just college aged kids who were just doing college aged kids kinda jobs. One even called my son the little guy which I found funny since Clay Travis just tweeted out how they supposedly can’t say boy or girl anymore.
Honestly I think 99+ percent of the workers are just young people doing a temporary job at a reasonably fun place that they can probably hook up with other workers at. The one overtly gay dude was dancing in the parade which probably has been the case for decades.

Disney likes to have gays in low-level management. They love tattling on a normal person that breaks a tiny rule. These stings that catch grown men going after 12–16-year-old girls are mostly deputies, posing online as young girls. This happens aboot 30-35 miles from Disney, in Polk County. Grady Judd loves arresting the pervs.
They set these stings up 1-3 times a year. The results are highly publicized, but these weirdos never learn.
Internally though, Disney loves and promotes the gays. There is starting to be a pushback from the normal people, as well as the normal citizens of FL.
Disney's first love has always been money, though. Their policy has been to destroy anything that messes with their money. The loud, obnoxious, alphabet people are beginning to mess with their money. The results remain to be seen.
