That sounds ideal for a woman.

Carrying most extra weight in your belly is not ideal to me Although you're right it could be worse.

Scruffy, you made a good point. People refer to healthy people as "needing a sandwich" or whatever.

Whoops. I read that as carrying the weight in your upper torso. I agree, carrying it in your belly is less ideal.

Your BMI is around 28 which is about what mine is too. I'm not some huge fat guy but I could stand to shed a little bit of weight. Maybe this Rona and not being able to taste anything will work in my favor

Its both - just didn't feel like it was worth going there. But maybe Odysseus has an oddly long torso. I've seen some dudes with that. Although they were way taller than 5'7".

Unless you have an absolutely wild body build, you’re fat. 183 at your height is not a “healthy” weight.

I mean, most of them aren't being rude. A lot of people come into these threads and post this whole, "If I was any smaller, I'd blow away!" but really they could lose a few pounds and still look perfectly healthy.

When I had been consuming a bit too much beer and decided to lose weight a few years back, there isn't a single person who would have called me fat. But I was on the upper edge of the healthy range for my height. I lost 20lbs, which put me on the lower end, and I looked great despite thinking that would be too low to hit.

I'm sure nobody looks at you and thinks, "look at this fat dude", but it doesn't change the raw numbers. Especially if you're not solid muscle.

In Ireland, the bread they use can’t legally be called “bread” because of the sugar content.

It is basically cake.

Subway is very unhealthy.

I just don't find it very good. The bread is pretty meh.. and the sandwich options kinda weird me out.

The half size sweet onion chicken teriyaki is only 320 calories (going by their standard toppings -- you can make it more or less), so I used to get it sometimes, but it just feels like it isn't real chicken or something.

Their food isn’t particularly healthy. But what’s shocking to me is that they went from massive expansion until about 2014, then quickly shuttered about 1400 stores in the US alone.

It’s like everyone collectively decided to avoid Subway all at once.

Probably for the same reason they pretend they don’t qualify for the stimulus check.

Being unhealthy doesn’t stop Wendy’s or McDonald’s from constantly expanding. Subway closed more restaurants than it opened for the last few years.

I was drunker than Cooter Brown the other night and got an uber to take me to Krystal. I ate a sackful and a couple of the chicken sandwiches. I am not ashamed.
