True story......
Went to Lafayette yesteday. I stopped at super one right off interstate (90% black customers/workers) lady met me at door and told me I couldn’t come in without mask on.
I said fine, left.
Drove up to river ranch fresh market and breezed right in maskless....as was half people in there. All white.
Nobody cared.
Weird observation.

I went for a walk the other day and didn’t have my gaiter bc didn’t expect to stop anywhere, ended up passing a bar and decided to get a to go drink, barmaid wouldn’t let me in and serve me so instead I stood in the doorway and ordered my drink and she brought it to me outside.
How fricking stupid is that??

Those COVID germs are pretty picky about how they spread.
Did you know that the same people that use their hands to make your fast food now have to hand it to you on a tray and can't take your credit card directly from you but instead need to use a cup because apparently COVID refuses to jump into the cup or onto the tray.

Stout, I'm consulting on several terminal expansions for DFW atm.
While on a call today and it was drilled into the project team for 20mins that even though the Governor lifted mask mandate, we still are required to wear masks at all times in and around the airport, even before passing TSA. All the work is outside of TSA boundarys.
Edt: Meaning even though it is lifted, the property still required you mask-up, even if vaccinated.
Kinda silly.
While on a call today and it was drilled into the project team for 20mins that even though the Governor lifted mask mandate, we still are required to wear masks at all times in and around the airport, even before passing TSA. All the work is outside of TSA boundarys.

I get it, just is silly. You have literally a few hands in the middle of a field assembling modules, miles away from the airport (actual terminal/parking/etc) who can get run off for not masking up.
