Why are theme parks so trashy?

Seriously. Every time I see an add pop up on my news feed I can’t help but think about all the trash I’d have to deal with if I went there. Last time I went to Blue Bayou it was like being at the trailer park.

Disney World May be the only exception I can think of here. At least that I have been to.

I love Disney World, but it also has its fair share of trash.

Same reason why Walmart is trashy. It's not the business, but society in general that is mostly trash.

The trash at Disney weighs 450 and drives a little rascal. God forbid you try to get on the shuttle before them.

I understand why people like it but I'd rather go almost anywhere else on vacation. It's my own personal hell. Hot, lines, busses, fat people in scooters, shitty rides, bad food.

Nevermind. I don't know why people like it.

Guy i work with went to Disney and said the amount of parents with kids who were over the age of 10 being pushed in strollers was insane

Hot: Easy to avoid.
Lines: Even easier to avoid.
Busses: Minnie vans eliminate this.
Fat people in scooters: Easy to dodges these losers.
Shitty rides: C’mon now.
Bad food: Nah

I know why it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but you clearly don’t know what you’re doing.

It’s not really “my thing” per say but I have 2 girls so we’ve kind of been a princess household for almost 20 years now. Its given us some great memories. The people watching there now that my kids are older is top notch. The trashiness and stupidity are on full display there at all times.

Me too. My youngest is almost a teenager now though. We both are surrounded by estrogen it sounds like.

ETA - my kid is into cross country and super hero stuff now though.

That’s what they’re called. It’s Disney’s version of Lyft. You actually schedule a pick up with the Lyft app.

Uhhhhhhhhhhh, yeah. That’s an understatement. Mine are 19 and 17. The oldest just wrapped up her freshman year at LSU and the youngest is going into her senior year of high school next year. The level of drama in the house the past few weeks since the oldest came home for the summer has been off the charts.
