Mine do use to do this once a year. The usually become very dry and then peel. Always when the weather changes.

Any rash at all? Small blisters? Does it get red? Any history of anemia?

Old folks used to say you coming into some money when your palms itched...I think you got bad rash!

I'm no doctor, but you might want to consider changing your deodorant, cologne, or body wash (if you use that stuff). I had an issue some years ago with some cologne/deodorant/body wash (it was a Tommy Hilfiger gift set somebody gave me for Christmas). Palms all of a sudden started itching like crazy. Took me a little over a week to figure it out (I'm slower than most). Once I quit using the products, the itching went away. Threw that mess in the trash.
