I PA the only way you can buy liquor is through the state run ABC stores. They are all closed. They are also closing down restaurants and bars. So yes, effectively banning liquor sales.

Something only an alcoholic would be upset over. Normal drinkers are like meh, I'll just drink when it gets opened back up.
