Thanks. If there's one thing I learned from what I went through is life is too short to waste any time worrying about things that don't matter or being worried, mad, or unhappy.

Yes sir, obviously I like this forum or I wouldn't post here, but I've always wondered why all the complaining. From people working out a certain way , a certain body type, beliefs and so much more.
