Well, old Rizzo was a student of Swaggart...so it makes sense.
Get caught, cry about how your faith had failed and you'd been led astray, make a big deal about how you were saved, sin again, rinse, repeat.

My first wife had an affair on me, although I'm not sure how long it was going one before I found out. I was devastated, and really had no idea it was happening. I trusted her, so I don't ever think of any issues.

The one girl from this thread doesn't seem to be buying into the concept.

I don't much care for cheaters - men or women.

People are scandalous.
If you are thinking about one day getting married but are a bit hesitant I would suggest joining my gym for a month- Lifetime Fitness in North Scottsdale. It's an interesting little dance- the unhappily-married women are hooking up with a group of bottom-feeders who quickly sniff out those women or the recently-divorced ones and it's as plain as day. One of the members I talk with manages the Residence Inn nearby and he says a retired NBA player who trains at the club has a room always reserved and has a revolving door of married women from the gym that he takes there- he goes in the front door and they go in the back. He even has a system set up in the gym with his entourage- one guy flushes the women and makes the introduction to the athlete, his brother sets up the meeting outside of the gym (usually dinner or the women meet the group in a bar) and the player doesn't get his hands dirty (he's in a relationship and still living with the mother of his kids). Once this one pointed out to me and I paid attention it was obvious what was going on. The poor schlubs married to these women apparently have no clue and some of the women disappeared from the gym once they realized they were one of many.

Who is the retired NBA player? Not the same one that is now the coach for GCU??
Nah, you are thinking of Dan Majerle and he had his own extreme drama a few years back and I'm guessing it's better now. When he first hit Phoenix back in the day it seemed like every other girl I met "dated Dan Majerle", if the was the case I instantly weeded them out. The player never played for the Suns but is a Phoenix native.

Gotcha. My husband and I were at the dog park on Chaparral years ago with our dogs and Dan was there with his kids and their dog. Our lab mix kept running up to Dan and he played fetch with him.
My husband is a Phoenix native and a huge Majerle fan and got a tad starstruck at Majerle playing fetch with our dog

I doubt he's ever had a home to wreck.
But, as someone who's been in the shite, I'll say it's better to have a home wrecked, accept it and have a chance to rebuild and move on than to be in a relationship destroyed by mistrust and suspicion and hurt and lies.
I used to be someone that said "'til death do us part".
Guess what. It's better to live with the pain that comes with freedom than to wither and die in a prison of your own making.

Yup. Like illegal street racing with old American muscle. Not NASCAR. No one gives a shite about NASCAR. You got a problem with racing? Maybe when your girl gets back from her "just as a friend" night out of drinking with Jody watch you some.
