Why are construction workers still building houses in my neighborhood?

They are working on three houses currently while several newly built houses sit unoccupied (it’s a new street). I doubt there are going to be a lot of people looking to buy a house for the foreseeable future.

They’re hoping they might not have to go back after all.

Id rather live next to three fully built empty houses than three half built empty houses.

Squatters don’t want to live in houses with no roof.

Why? Are people going to stop living in houses? They going to shelter in the woods?

9:10 roofer couldn't get a loan or mortgage.
8:10 roofer is on probation
10:10 roofer drinks bud light on the way home from the job

Roofers are the low-lifes of the construction trade and need to be imprisoned.

Mortgage loans are such ER low interest right now. Assuming someone has a job, now is the exact time to buy a house.
