BS….Vietnam consumes the most rice per capita and they are the least obese country. They generally eat rice with a protein, some veggies, and a soup. Americans eat rice in addition to donuts, pizza, drink sodas and then blame it on the rice.

They might not be fatties but they can still have diabetes. White rice has a high glycemic index..
