The argument is not one of income and relocation practicality. The argument is theoretical. As in, "even if I had the money I wouldn't live in that dump of a state."
It's a silly argument because you already live in a state that isn't doing so well and has bad politicians.

Well, it's kind of a chicken and egg thing. People initially moved out there (film studios, followed a few decades later by tech companies) because of the weather and geography.
Short of making the United States a smaller, landlocked country, California was always going to eventually happen.

He's doing really well all things considered. His rhetoric and behavior is often times embarrassing. But I like his policies and I like that he's a fighter. I just wish he had more tact.

She doesn't remember what she had for lunch yesterday without doing 20 minutes of hard thinking.
I remember shite like an elephant. Sat at the left corner two chairs at the bar. Both ordered ballast point beers. The entrance to the bar was down a small alleyway about 100 feet off the main road.
