AT&T is a God forsaken, useless, shithole of a company.
Out of the two, I will say that AT&T and their useless employees are the only ones to outright call me a liar and a thief, and then proceed to steal from me.

Verizon is one of those companies that
I think charges too much. Then you look at what you get from AT&T and you realize it's worth it

Here's my take:
Verizon is better generally all over the country, especially in most major metro areas on the east and west coasts. Their customer support is a little better as well.
However, AT&T has better infrastructure here in south Louisiana - especially in the more rural areas.
but... AT&T royally fricked us during the flood of 2016.
Either way you can't go right.

Yeah. I can't believe I miss Verizon's ineptitude. I do. I am so stuffed by AT&T, it's incredible. Comparatively, I waste 10 times the time with them to try to resolve their errors.

Good luck. They sold me BOGO phones. I almost have the "free" phone paid for and the issue has not been resolved. I had a rep on the phone actually tell me she believed I was lying and that I bought the phones somewhere else or stole them. Their incompetent sales person sold me phones that weren't actually on the Buy One Get One list, and I'm still getting dicked because of it. I signed paperwork and everything that showed what I was sold, and they've told me "It will be taken care of." so many times. Every single person I've ever dealt with at that shite company from cell phones to TV to internet is unbelievably useless, to the point that it is damn near comical.
When my cell phone contract is up, I will go to someone, ANYONE else. Unfortunately, they have me over a barrel with internet service.
In short: frick AT&T and every useless employee they have on the payroll.
