Emancipation Day is only a holiday in DC. And since it is on April 16 which is a Saturday, they moved it to today so all our hard working residents of Washington DC can take a well earned day off of work.

Yes.

Of course federal tax code is impossible to understand. I was emphasizing my point that people even pay CPA's to do fairly simple municipal taxes wrong.

I know it's not near as much as others here but it still sucks arse... Especially knowing what most of it will go towards.
