That doesn’t matter, Cleo lives by CCL and his the Senate district he’s running in runs from near Hollywood Street to Bayou Manchac

He had a house on Hollywood St. back in the mid 80's.

Only one real choice here. The Godfather of Bluebonnet and newly crowned St George. Rev. Jimmy Swaggart!!! Without him the area doesn't exist.

How do you come to that theory? Most of SG is in the Shenandoah area. Swaggart's land is on the outer fringe near the Mall, and he has had literally ZERO involvement in either SG incorporation effort.
